Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In 

You can check in bet­ween 3:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Would you like to arri­ve ear­lier? An ear­ly check-in from 12:00 PM can be con­ve­ni­ent­ly added during the boo­king pro­cess for just €10 per room. 

Check-Out 

Plea­se check out by 11:00 AM at the latest. Pre­fer a rela­xed mor­ning? A late check-out until 2:00 PM is also available for €10 per room. 

Lug­ga­ge Storage 

You’re wel­co­me to store or coll­ect your lug­ga­ge any­ti­me during recep­ti­on hours – quick and easy. 

Payment 

Pay­ment is made upon arri­val – in cash or by EC/Maestro card. We also accept Visa and Maes­tro cre­dit cards. ❗ Plea­se note: Ame­ri­can Express (Amex) is not accepted. 

Our recep­ti­on is open dai­ly from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM – con­ti­nuous­ly staffed.

Arri­val & Location

How to find us

You can reach Kon­stanz easi­ly by train, long-distance bus, car, or pla­ne.
The ent­rance to our hotel is loca­ted bet­ween Bahn­hofs­platz and the Markt­stät­te car park in Damm­gas­se. Look for a tall woo­den door on the left-hand side – the ear­ly 1900s style is hard to miss.

By Train

Tra­vel to Kon­stanz main sta­ti­on (Haupt­bahn­hof).
Once you exit the train and lea­ve the sta­ti­on through the main por­tal, you’ll see Gästehaus Centro just slight­ly to the right, across the squa­re (you’ll find a McDo­nal­d’s restau­rant on the ground flo­or of the building).

By Long-Distance Bus:

Take the bus to the “Döbe­le” stop. From the­re, it’s about a 10-minu­te walk to the old town and our hotel.
 
Alter­na­tively, you can rent a bike or take a local bus from “Schnetz­tor” to “Bahn­hof”.

From Stutt­gart

A81 → Hegau junc­tion → Kon­stanz → cross the Rhi­ne → Old Town / Main Station

From Ulm

B30 to Ravens­burg → B33 to Meers­burg → take the car fer­ry to Kon­stanz → Old Town / Main Station

From Zurich

A1 to Win­ter­thur → A7 to Kreuz­lin­gen → turn right at the first junc­tion → Old Town / Main Station

Par­king

You can park in the Markt­stät­te under­ground car park, loca­ted direct­ly across from the sta­ti­on (stan­dard par­king fees app­ly).
Our ent­rance is just 15 meters away.

From Fried­richs­ha­fen

Take the air­port shut­tle bus to the har­bor → then take the cata­ma­ran to Kon­stanz → walk 150 meters towards the old town, then turn left for 100 meters. Gästehaus Centro will be on your right-hand side.

From Zurich

Take a direct train from Zurich Air­port to Kon­stanz main sta­ti­on.
Gästehaus Centro is just slight­ly to the right across the squa­re.

From Stutt­gart

Take a direct train from Stutt­gart Air­port via Sin­gen to Kon­stanz main sta­ti­on.
Gästehaus Centro is loca­ted just slight­ly to the right across the squa­re.
